Family Planning and Women’s Health services during COVID-19 will be limited.

The following services MAY NOT be offered at this time:

                -Walk In Appointments for any reason

                -Annual Well Visits

                -Screening Services (mammogram, PAPs, etc.)

                -Medical Visits (yeast, bacterial vaginosis, etc.)

                -IUD insertions or removals

                -Nexplanon implant insertions or removals

                -Pregnancy testing (please call our office if you have questions)

Services that we DO OFFER at this time:

                -refills of birth control—patient MUST CALL AND SPEAK TO NURSE PRIOR TO ANY REFILL

                                -if you get it from your personal pharmacy, we will call in refills upon request

                                -if you get it from the health department, supply will be left at front window

                                                                -patient may pick up with proper ID and signing a receipt

                                                                -patient’s designee may pick up if patient has expressed to staff the  individual who may pick up supply,                                                                       this person will have to provide ID before medications will be given to them on the patient’s behalf

                                                               -Depo injections

  • Physical exams
  • Breast and cervical cancer screenings
  • Sexually transmitted disease testing & treatment
  • Hypertension screening
  • Anemia screening
  • Pregnancy testing
  • Birth control
  • Emergency contraception
  • Educational counseling about reproductive and preventive health, self-breast exams, birth control methods, STD/HIV risks, and infertility
  • Referrals for other services
