VITAL RECORDS: Hours of Operation

 

 

 

 

Effective April 1, 2013 Sullivan County Regional Health Department’s Vital Records office hours will be 8:00am-4:00pm daily, Monday thru Friday.

 

The Holiday Schedule for Vital Records will remain unchanged.

Lead Poisoning Prevention Week 2

National Lead Poisoning Prevention Week was observed October 21st-27th. Our department joins the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) the Department of Health & Human Services, and the Environmental Protection Agency, and other agencies across the nation to increase awareness about Childhood Lead Poisoning. To learn more about protecting your family from this significant public health concern, click HERE.
