Sullivan County Children's Dental Clinics
We are proud to announce that the Children's Dental Clinic has grown! To better serve the residents of Sullivan County, we have expanded our offices in Blountville, and we have opened a second location within the Kingsport Health Department. Naturally, we had to increase our staff as well. We would like to welcome our new additions: Dr. Ben Lane, DMD; Michelle Wolfe, RDA; and Kim Roberts, RDA. Please feel free to come by either of our locations to have a first hand look at how our friendly staff can now better serve your needs.
PATIENT ELIGIBILITY
We are currently accepting eligible members of TennCare and the CoverKids program, as well as those paying cash at the time of service. All patients must be under the age of twenty-one (21). Also, based on ADA recommendations, we encourage parents to begin dental examinations of their children at age one (1). The clinic is not a preferred provider for any dental insurance other than TennCare and CoverKids.
HOURS OF OPERATION and CONTACT INFORMATION
In an effort to conserve energy and to better serve our patients, we are providing extended hours of operation during a four (4) day work week. We are open Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and are closed daily for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.
